At Pearl Road Surgery Center, our mission is to provide our patients the highest quality of surgical care in a convenient, comfortable and cost-effective outpatient environment. Our compassionate staff is dedicated to providing individualized quality care that exceed the needs and expectations of our patients.
Our center provides care comparable to outpatient hospitals, yet our rates are, on average, half that of hospital rates. As a service to our patients, Our billing staff provides each patient with an estimate for what each procedure may cost.
The safety and quality of care offered in ambulatory surgical centers is evaluated through state licensure, Medicare certification and voluntary accreditation. This rigorous and ongoing evaluation process must be adhered to for the privilege to operate and ensure patient safety in any and all circumstances.

Michael Barkoukis, MD, FACS graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1977.
Michael Berte, MD, FACS received his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed his residency in general surgery and in urology at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Ohio.
Lawrence Gervasi, MD, FACS received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Martin Kosdrosky, MD, FACS earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University, graduating magna cum laude. He completed his medical degree at The Medical College of Ohio.
Tim Sidor, MD, FACS received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. His surgical and urological training was completed at University Hospitals of Cleveland in Ohio.
David S. Turk, MD, FACS completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology at the University of Cincinnati in 1990. He graduated from the Medical College of Ohio with a degree in medicine in 1994.
